1.6 CCTV Footage Notice
If you engage us to install a CCTV system, please note:
CamAccess Technology does not access, monitor, or store footage from systems we install for clients, unless specifically engaged for a remote monitoring service.
As the system owner, you (the client) are responsible for ensuring your own CCTV use complies with the Data Protection Act, 2019, particularly if your cameras capture footage of public areas, neighboring properties, or third parties. We recommend visible signage indicating CCTV is in use.
1.7 Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
